HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?
All of our services are completely bespoke because we believe every single clients needs are unique. Please fill out our enquiry form with as much information as possible and we will be in touch to arrange your personalised quote.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
For phase 1 on average we allow four to six weeks, phase 2 - four to six weeks and phase 3 up to a year however it is important to note, every manufacturer works differently so this is just an approximate guide.
DO I NEED TO FOLLOW ALL OF YOUR PHASES FROM PHASE 1 OR CAN I COME TO YOU FOR PHASE 2 AND PHASE 3 ONLY?
We prefer to work with clients from the initial design phase (phase 1) as we can control the quality of the design and know everything meets our rigorous standards. However we can also work on phase 2 and 3 for existing designs on a case by case basis. If you are looking for technical packs and/or manufacturing guidance only please fill out our contact form with as much information as possible and we will come back asap
DO I NEED TECHNICAL PACKS?
Yes. I cannot stress enough how important these are to bring any product to market. Investing in detailed technical packs now will save you time, money and heartache in the long run.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
We understand starting a brand from scratch is overwhelming which is why we break everything down in manageable bitesize chunks. We treat each phase as a separate project: 50% is due at the start of each phase, then 50% upon completion of the work once you are 100% happy.
HOW MANY REVISIONS DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE?
Our prices include unlimited revisions (within reason) until you are 100% happy -however we normally find we only need 2-3 max due to the initial work we do upfront working with you to understand your vision before we even begin sketching.
DO YOU MANUFACTURE / SAMPLE IN HOUSE?
We do not produce physical samples in house. During 1:1s and phase 3 we use our experience to partner you with your ideal factory and then lead all the product development, sampling and fitting required to bring your product to market.
DO YOU OFFER AN INITIAL CONSULTATION CALL BEFORE
WORKING TOGETHER?
Yes! Once we have determined following your personalised quote we are all aligned there will be an opportunity to chat further if required through an initial 15 minute call or zoom.

Our biggest tip ever is just to start - inaction will get you nowhere. We know how overwhelming it can feel at first but with the right people in the right places, trust us, anything is possible! We guarantee the process evolves over time so start with an enquiry and the sky’s the limit.
